FACTS Application for Tuition Assistance (Family Grants)

Requests for Tuition Assistance through the Archdiocese of Baltimore and Our Lady of Victory School are evaluated through FACTS online at or

Notification by the Archdiocese and Our Lady of Victory will be made in the Spring.

The application cost per family is $30 and will be collected directly by FACTS at the time of your application. The application deadline is February 28, 2017.

FACTS will now require a W2 from each applicant, co-applicant, not one or the other as in past years.

Tuition Assistance from Our Lady of Victory Parish

Tuition Assistance from Our Lady of Victory Parish provides financial help to children of registered parishioners. Assistance is awarded based on recommendation from the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. To qualify, you must be a registered member of Our Lady of Victory Parish for at least six months, worship on a weekly basis and provide proof of attendance by submitting the white Stewardship envelope during the offertory at Mass. Children’s Scholarship Fund

Our Lady of Victory School accepts Children’s Scholarship funds awarded for Baltimore City Residents. Prospective Parents seeking financial assistance from CSF need to apply between September and mid-February. Current Parent’s receiving financial assistance from CSF have until June 30th to renew funds. For more information and to apply, visit

The Theresa F. Truschel Charitable Foundation, Inc.

Established in 2007 to provide scholarships to students attending Catholic schools at all levels, as well as to provide Grants to Catholic institutions and organizations. Daniel Rudd Scholarship Fund

The Daniel Rudd Scholarship Fund is administered by the Office and Board of African American Catholic Ministries of the Archdiocese of Baltimore. The Scholarship named after the founder of the National Black Catholic Congress is open to low income Catholic students currently residing in the metropolitan area of Baltimore and enrolled in a Catholic Elementary or High School within the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Young Scholars Program

The Foundation’s Young Scholars Program is designed to nurture exceptional students who have demonstrated, through academic excellence and extracurricular activities that they have the potential to excel.
